I had my wisdom tooth surgery on tuesday 5th jan 2010,
so lucky to meet 2 very great dentists!

i went for cleaning and checking at Dr Eric Ong's clinic.
He referred me to Dr Winston Tan for extraction.
Dr Winston Tan told me that Dr Eric Ong actually called him up the night before to talk about my case..
still ask him to take care of me and give more discount haha!


Dr Winston Tan actually charges $800 per wisdom tooth,
but he charged me $500/tooth only!
so good right.
and there's more.


I insisted on having injection and undergoing the surgery consciously,
telling myself that i'm brave. haha.
because getting the anaesthetist to come would cost me $400-500 more! omg.
But Dr Winston Tan said:
" i will take care of you, dun worry. give you mild sedation so that you can be more relaxed..no charges one..not like getting anaesthetists here..those ar..killer..so expensive.." haha.


So there,i fell aslp in less than a minute.
and when i woke, it's already done.
No more wisdom!



They poked some needle into my vein during sedation.


my right cheek swell like a norbit for few days!
cos the tooth was too deep.
and it broke into 4 parts. =/


Wisdom tooth wisdom tooth...what a nice name.
more like killer tooth, so tortorous.
an effective slimming method though. hahas.

Went for tuition today,
and my tutee asked if i wanted to try mango bar.
i was like "hmm whats that?". haha.



Turn out to be this.
She says only India has it.
I dont rmb seeing anything like this in Singapore.



It looks like that inside.
Taste like pasa malam malt candy actually. lols!


Den my mama gave me this bitebite today.
Some peanut and prawn shell thingy..



i think eat le got calcium or wat?
cos got the "Ca" thing there..
and Ca is the element calcium in the periodic table rite. haha!
Cold storage sells it at $6.90 but duno how many small pkts.


Met up with mummy and bro at Bugis for dinner.
Finally got to try Asian Kitchen at Iluma. hehe.



Cereal Fried Rice!
i've a strong craving for cereal prawn..
so i ordered this as a substitute. lol!
who wants to eat cereal prawn with me?

Gonna be busy for another 2 more days before my wisdom tooth surgery.
scared leh duno will pain or not.
hope will shun bian slim down even more! LOL.
And our flight tickets to KL are finally confirmed.
excited. :D

Okay i know it's been eons since i blog,
thats bcos i'm really really very very busy! haha.
hardly have time for my family, friends and myself.
shall summarise the whole of Dec 2009 into this post..


Today's the 1st day of a new decade already!
still remember my 2009 new year resolution...

give up sleeping early...
jus hope that i can continue to manage a healthy body, happy heart, blissful love, caring family, successful tuition life, strong friendships and good results. ((:


For the whole dec 2009,
so glad that i have my love and cousin working with me..
they make all work bearable!



First day working with cousin..
it was at Yew Tee CC.
We dinnered at Shin Tokyo. hehes.
Thanks for the treat!
and thank you so much for helping me during that day of the month,
i would have been so pain to death without you haha.











Some random things that happened during the course of work..



poor jingyi got cheated by this toilet paper vending machine.
her 10cents gone!
and didnt get to go toilet. LOL.
we had a nice laugh.


We're in charge of this program called "Secret Agent Science and Wits"
Through a story-like situation,
the kids are supposed to use science and logic to find the exact location and mastermind of a terrorist bomb plan.
of cos not the real thing haha.



But at times we complained..
about the bulky items that we've to bring to class.
That made us look like terrorist on the train haha!


So inside those SUSPICIOUS LOOKING ARTICLES..

Looks easy, but me myself cant solve it without the answers!
lol, i dont use brain.

This toy excites kids the most! haha.

And not forgetting "Wall Climber", "Taser Gun", and writing invisible messages using lime juice, as well as decoding the strange writings..



At times we need to do hard labour too..
still need to arrange the chairs -.-


This job requires lots of travelling as it's islandwide.
So it's our first time taking the LRT!



I'm so very amazed by the special window pane.
Isit magic or what?
Somebody explain to me can. lols.



Actually the LRT seems dangerous..
no driver.. and no railings at the track..
i was so worried that the LRT will fall off the track lol!



And yups thats me..
teaching the kids hehe.
i may not be a great teacher or tutor,
but i know i like what i'm doing! (:



Some rowdy kids can really irritate people,
but the next moment,
you know u're not angry with them..
esp when u see their innocence. haha.

















Who knows one day,
i may set up my own tuition agency? haha.
i never knew i like to teach.
but a year of tutoring and classroom exposure are definitely rewarding. (:


i've grown to become less fearful of trying anything,
i've grown to accept challenges,
i've grown to have more sense of direction.
i've grown to have higher EQ.
haha!


Oh ya, i nvr realised that 1.5 year (18 months) of university life has passed.



I'm now a Diploma holder,
proceeding to stage 2 of my Degree course. (:


Other than work,
of cos i spent some time with my love and friends..
any updates related to boyfriend i'll do it at bymyamante,
shall not repeat here haax.

Received my one and only christmas pressie from my tutee..

Tried makeup and contact lens..
Evan says i look oriental.
Kes said she couldnt recognise me.
Bumped into Changrong at Orchard road and he thought i was a stranger..
probably due to the weird hair cos bad hair day lol.

Had Ben and Jerry's.


Celebrated dearie's bday..












New Year Eve bowling with ping family..


Tortured by wisdom tooth infection.
Appetite getting smaller and smaller..
Finally slim down abit.
Currently weighing 46kg and i see the scale working towards 45kg.
duno is good or bad.
But mummy takes care of me really well..
Gonna have the surgery on 5th Jan 2010.


And i'm going to KL with dear on 27th Jan 2010!
Looking forward to it. :D


So, this means i've got to slog more..
wisdom tooth and holidays will exhaust all my fresh savings.
no time for play,
and i still got so much to update at the other blog!
