Some happenings at work. haha


On one fine afternoon as i was keying forms..
as usual...i....
DOZED OFF.


Suddenly i felt something flying to my desk.
I opened my eyes..
and i saw this.



ohmy scared the hell out of me.
i thought how come got perm staff walk past dun wan wake me up, still go thru the trouble to write note.
Of course, i din dare to look back, which was where the paper came flying from.
After a while, i realised it's Joshua! =x
he's my neighbour la..sitting next to my work station. oso a temp. phew! =p


Went to have an extravagant lunch today at HK cafe with Kes and Fel!
Damage was abt $12 each.



Kes and me ordered cheese baked rice.



Fel ordered chicken chop with fries.


Yummies fatty fatty. haha!


both of them are quitting soon.
i think..i will miss them and the laughters so much! :(

My work station jus had a new comp today! :D

STARHUB ROADSHOW! 19th-20th April 2008.
Colleagues and me all went for it cos it was good $$$. haha!
wa..but very tiring. worked whole day lah..12 hours! -.-
Stand until my legs nearly gave way.


we were supposed to rotate our duties with the other temps.
Kes & me were selling our smiles for the whole of both days..
and oso kept repeating the same thing over and over again. haha!
i felt like an idiot giving out flyers.
but it was quite fun la cos we walk from towers to towers and distribute on the way.
if not it's quite demoralising to get so many rejections.
In the end, we felt like an irritant cos we're everywhere. LOL
Poor Fel got to sit there whole day keying forms and Kristen must have been so stress trying to tally the premiums with the sales.

This can last Kesleen and Felicia for days lah. hahaha!


And oh wells..back to my workstation.

Dun understand why i'm always grumbling and complaining?

Birthday treat for aunt!
Wanted to treat her to Fisherman's wharf but was raining heavily.
Got pple say before if u're giving treat on that day, then rain..means u not generous. hahaha


anyway, ate pepperlunch in bugis foodcourt cos we got shelter all the way.
but seems like the treat abit too small leh..
so went to this jap restaurant..
we had their sweeties =p

After our food, it's our habit to have desserts =p
since most of us wanted to try that mango mountain thingy that kesleen mentioned on her blog, we took action and headed to the HK cafe at level 2. haha!
we were walking so briskly and approached the cafe in some kind of aura. LOL


So funny lo.
we jus sat down, say nothing..straight away ordered ONE mango ice. haha!

One of the accounts manager gave us 2 mangoes.
Kesleen, Kristen & me had one in the afternoon..
and realised we still had 1 left just as we were about to knock off.


What to do?
We searched high & low for a KNIFE.
and decided to start a pantry battle..
with the mango.


anyway, with the KNIFE in Kesleen's hands..
we managed to defeat the mango..
in a mess..but filled with laughter & the sweetness of the mango..
probably will include ANTS after that. hahaha
inside joke.
