This is a super long post to expose some cheater,
read only when u're free. haha!


Woke up in anguish these 2 days.
The whole episode machiam filming juicy serial drama,
story got ups and downs, twists and turns.


Let me introduce the plot.


There's this guy called L, who introduced the sec 1 chinese tuition assignment to me.
A is my bestie.
He is A's classmate.


The sec 1 boy is L's ex student, whom he have taught for a month.
L got this student from agent J.
Student's mom, Madam D, has engaged this agent for quite some time already.


So here goes.


L tells me the details of the student,
and tells me that the agent fee is 75% of 1st month tuition fees.


Me: tot normally commission is 50-60% the most?
L: cos very good price i think. 240 is very good price for sec 1 la (17 mar 09 08:40)
Me: wah the agent oso li hai hor, high price commission higher oso
L: ya the agent fees not mine leh. i earn nothing. haha u on study loan? (17 mar 09 08:43)

Me: why still must pay com when it's ur ex student?
L: Yeah cos the parent inform the agent what (17 mar 09 09:09)


NOTE: HE SAID THE PARENT INFORM THE AGENT, LOGICALLY SPEAKING, IT REFERS TO AGENT J RITE? BCOS IT WAS AGENT J WHO LINKED L AND MADAM D TGT, RMB?

And very well, from my standpoint, since parent told the agent, it means that parent made a request to the agent for a new tutor.
I agreed to pay the agent commission (AGENT J) then.
and so i agreed to take up the job.


After 1st lesson,
Madam D said: No, i didn't tell agent J anything. She doesnt know that tutor has changed.


I happily smsed L.
Me: Hey Madam D say she nvr tell the agent leh, means i no need pay commission le la, i owe u a treat then. :)
NOTE: At this point of time, got mismatch already. L said PARENT TOLD the agent, which the parent DID NOT.


L: Ya but the agent knows cos that time she asked n i said i'm no longer teaching already. (1 april 09 23:26)
NOTE: So now he says that HE"S THE ONE WHO TOLD THE AGENT, NOT MADAM D.



L: I'll check with the agent n confirm with u. cos whats happening now is the agent knows cos tt time she asked me hows the telok kurau job then i said i passed to the fren n she told me to transfer her the money.
NOTE: At this point of time, the ONLY agent who's in the picture is still AGENT J, right?


I asked why do i have to pay the agent when i didn't get the job from her?
cos by right after he pays his 1st mth com to agent J, it's none of agent J's business already ma.
It should be between L and me now.
i asked for her number to clarify,
he die oso dun wan to give me.


L: The student is still under her cos they r a tuition centre- which means if we screw up, parents also will complain to the agent first so altho u not under her, its still agent responsibility. plus my details all reg under the agent sia, if u like dun pay means i have to come up with the money leh or they'll keep hounding me :( (1 apr 09 23:41)

i insisted on having agent J number,

Next morning i wakie, 1st thing i see..
L: can u not sandwich me? if u dun pay the agent, jus take it as u're paying me can? u dun wan pay means i have to come up with the money, not fair to me right. take back ur treat la and jus pay the com. i cant afford to offend the agent cos she got other jobs given to me too n she has my details. so can u jus not make my life difficult? i intro u the job,I DUN EARN ANYTHING FROM U OR THE AGENT CAN (2 apr 09 08:15)

Then he ask A to collect the money from me and transfer him.
How ridiculous to involve A now.


I got agent J's number from Madam D.
Agent J: No, i duno abt anything, L didn't tell me he stop teaching already. how can he charge u when he's not a proper agent. whatsmore, i only charge him 50% com and not 75%. maybe he's jus trying to cover his payment to me and earn extra 25% from u. Let me update my bankbook to see if i've recieved his payment and get back to u.


i confronted L.
Story change again, wow.


L: Madam D's agent is over alr. It's not the same agent. This one is another one please. Agent J was settled 1st mth already. This is a second one that i'm under after i quit and before i gave u the job. (2 apr 09 12:53)
NOTE: So now L is under another agent already, what has it got to do with " THE STUDENT IS STILL UNDER HER" as mentioned earlier on. the student is only under AGENT J ma.


i said that it's his problem already cos i only got knowledge of agent J all the way. he didn't disclose the existence of other agents too.


L: Fine even if u're not interested i still gotta pay them. n i'm still right to collect money from u cos i intro u the job too. So even if u dun care abt my agent, u still gotta pay me if u wanna go the business way. (2 apr 12:59)
NOTE: right to collect money from me? yeah he's right to do so if he had told me upon agreement, not trick me into believeing that i'm actually paying agent J, rite?


L: let me explain before u start accusing me of cheating u. first, i'm in my fren's agency, it goes such that when we have student available, we jus pool together, ask ard for tutors. so when i decided i cant teach Mdm D's son, i intro it into the circle. when we collect commission from our tutors, we split the commission. Thats why i intro u n i still gotta pay cos they already noe. so even if u still dun bother, it's still only right u pay me commission for intro u the job correct? (2 apr 09 13:08)

Jaz says the business way is to veirfy the business registeration number of his friend's agency.


L: There's no need for biz reg in middle man jobs. Mdm D did ask me to help her find a tutor- you. n i'm part of that agency. u did agree to pay the commission so can u keep ur side of the deal ? (2 apr 09 13:37)


NOTE: Didn't he said earlier that it's a TUITION CENTRE? i'm sure a TUITION CENTRE will need to reg rite, how come become AGENCY liao? now he's part of it eh, still say earn nothing.
Moreover, my side of the deal upon agreement, is to pay agent J, since when got this 3rd party agency existing? hello i dun even noe abt it!


1st agreement: pay L 50%, since he nvr disclose everything.


This morning, i received Agent J's sms telling me tt she didn't receive L's 1st month com.


somemore L sent her this:
I thought Madam D told u. i'm sorry. anyway i jus checked online, yes the transaction didnt go thru. is it easier if u collect the $120 from Mdm D straight? this new tutor refuses to pay me, till then i have not gotten the money to pay u. there's nth i can do to her as well.


NOTE: he already got the full month tution fees from Mdm D, i only started first lesson, his 1st mth commission got what link with me??


Agent J replied L:
No she's not from me. i cannot charge her. u hv collected the $240. com shld be paid by u and not her. n is u tt r unable to continue so u cannot blame anyone n even if u're at the losing end, is ur own fault tt u hv to bear on ur own. u cant combine into 1. pls settle what u have to do with our agent. the way u handle things really make us disappointed in u. furthermore the girl did not take tuition from our agency how can we charge her?? pls think twice of wat u shld do now. we'll wait for ur reply asap!


L: I cant continue cos i may be leaving overseas for a longer period of time. i'd really like to continue with her son but can't. alright i'll transfer the money over. don't worry i wun cheat u the same way that girl cheated me :) sorry for getting u involved. u'll get the money this noon.


NOTE: Wah, bcome i cheat him leh! exciting hor...and go overseas? bluff who, he's in NS NOW.


after i confronted L, he denied calling me a cheat.
and smsed me this.


L: i have a feeling she's playing on our miscom. do u wan to transfer the money to her instead? den if u wan to pay or dun pay, it's up to u. This agent's quite cunning also i cant be bothered. ( 3 apr 09 11:18)

Me: okay i will check with her and update u.
L: yeah cos she's obviously changing the story. i told u already, she also has profit motive. if u transfer her, all the better, keep me out of the picture.
NOTE: Who's the real story changer here eh??


L: Ya of cos. My fren's side i'll come up with my own money to pay. so ok ah? (3 apr 09 12:21)


Conclusion:
I'll gladly pay agent J the commission after my first 4 lessons.
jus take it as i took the job from agent J.
Rather let her earn then kena cheated into paying that f***ker.
When he couldn't convince, he started to confuse,
don't u think so?
